SHIPPING
Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment and shipped within 3 - 5 business days (this does not include weekends and/or holidays). Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Standard/Priority mail, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the weight of the package. For expedited shipping, please email the item name and quantity to info@redivyapparel.com
Red Ivy Apparel, LLC does not assume responsibility for any packages damaged, lost, or stolen by the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS carriers. In the event your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact your local carrier to file a claim or request a refund.

RETURNS
Thank you for shopping with Red Ivy Apparel, LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! You may exchange it within 7 days of receiving merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, free from any stains, odors, etc. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
